No restaurant or ATM on premises from which to get currency for eating out, as local restaurants do not accept foreign cards. Also worth noting that hotel stays booked through third-party channels (such as online travel agencies) are not eligible for earning award points."

"views were spectacular. Tallest building in Harbin with view of Ice and Snow Park, and Sun Island. Concierge had a long down top coat that he loaned me. All the staff was attntive and anxious to help."

"The hotel is showing it’s age. The carpet is old and dirty. The bed is as hard as a board. Breakfast had set menu where you pick from A to D everyday. It wasn’t quite good. The breakfast room was not very appealing. I was there during the virus outbreak where I had to be evacuated to one of their sister hotel since this hotel was very close to the train station. The sister hotel was way better although I only spent 1 night. I would recommend staying near the city center."
